This series of products are 2-layer flooring, the general specifications in 1900x150x10mm, the veneer thickness of 3mm.
2-layer flooring is generally made of solid wood panel and solid wood substrate glued together, the panel and substrate wood grain is arranged in the same direction or staggered composite, the upper and lower surfaces of the substrate have grooves perpendicular to the direction of wood fibers and square to each other, the bottom of the grooves are processed at intervals with holes through the top and bottom, the grooves and holes are filled with fiber reinforced resin bridge bars and piers. Two-layer floor structure is simple, with the comprehensive advantages of pure solid wood flooring and engineered wood flooring, both better shear strength, and better two-way warp resistance deformation performance.
